Right of withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without justification within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product.
To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be in perfect condition. The original packaging (inner boxes and all the material used for its correct transport) must also be preserved.
To request a refund you have to send an email to rosaeternashop@gmail.com indicating the order number in the subject line. After verifying the data and in order that the returned items arrive in good condition to our facilities, we will send a carrier to pick up the package within 24 to 72 working hours.
The amount corresponding to the items to be returned will be refunded, shipping costs (if paid) will not be refunded. The cost of return is 9,00€.
The refund will be processed once we receive the product in our facilities and we verify that it is in perfect condition. The refund will be made by the same means in which the order was placed (credit card, PayPal and / or transfer). The time required to complete this step depends on the bank and the method of payment.
Return for breakage
In case the item arrives damaged it will be necessary to notify it within a period not exceeding 7 calendar days of receipt of the order at the following email address rosaeternashop@gmail.com attaching photographs of the incident to open the corresponding claim.
The customer may request the replacement of the product or a refund.
The full amount will be refunded (including shipping costs if paid).

Order cancellation
If the order has not been shipped, it is possible to cancel it and obtain a refund minus the handling fees applied by the payment platform (Stripe, Paypal or Paycomet). The refund will be made through the same payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take more than 10 days to appear on your bank statement. Please contact your bank if this period is exceeded.
