If you are thinking of buying a freeze-dried rose you are in the best place, there is no doubt about it, but it is possible that before making the purchase you have several doubts.

How long will it take for my rose to arrive?

In principle, as long as there is stock, the roses take between 24-72 hours to arrive depending on the selected shipping method.
You can choose the shipping method that suits you best, either the free 2-3 working days or the express 24 working hours if ordered before 12:00 noon.

Can I order one of your roses if I live outside Spain?

Of course you can place your order wherever you are, our shipments are worldwide and we can take them wherever you are.
However our shipping rates are valid for within the peninsula and Balearic Islands, for the rest of locations we need to budget it. Ask us for a quote without obligation!

Can you send a personalized note with my order?

Of course, in fact on each product page you will find a field that you can optionally customize for us to add a note.
This note will be handwritten and on colored paper, don’t worry, we will try to make it pretty.

Can I gift wrap it?

Yes, you just have to ask us.

Do other flowers have a minimum order?

Yes, in some preserved flowers we have minimum purchase prices.
This is not the case with roses, you can buy whatever you want and get free shipping.
If the system does not show you free shipping it may be because you have not reached the minimum of 16 euros.

What happens if my order arrives later than estimated?

We are not responsible for the errors of the transport agencies, we send the packages at 17.00 p.m. every day, but it may take longer to arrive due to any problem beyond our control.
If it is urgent, consider if you have time to place the order.

Can I contact you in any way?

Of course, we will be more than happy to meet you through our contact form. We look forward to meeting you!

What payment methods do you have available?

In our store you can pay as you want, we have Paypal, bank transfer and of course card payment.

If I order on a holiday, when will it arrive?

All our deadlines are for working days, that is to say, if you place your express order on Friday before 12 noon you will receive it on Monday, and if you place your express order on Sunday you will receive it on Tuesday.

How can I track my order?

If you have left us a phone number, you will receive an SMS as soon as the delivery person comes to pick up your order, which is usually during the same afternoon.
In it you will find the necessary information and tracking to know where your order is.

I had ordered a dome with lights but the lights are missing.

Don’t worry, I’m sure they are.
The thing is that for fear that the flower may have some cut by the led cable we put it apart.
You will find a little package with the LEDs inside, they are very easy to place.

What care should I take?

Our preserved flowers have a great resistance to the passage of time, that is why you should not do too much, however we have created a post in which we explain the necessary care.

What do I do if my rose arrives broken?

The truth is that it has never happened to us, as you will see when you get the order we protect our packages very much so that there is not the slightest problem.
However in case something happens with your dome we will send you a new one.
