Right of withdrawal

  • The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without justification within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product.
  • The item(s) must be in perfect condition.
  • To request a return you have to send an email to hola@rosaeterna.online indicating the order number in the subject line.
  • After verifying the data and in order for the returned items to arrive in good condition to our facilities, we will send a carrier to pick up the package within 24 to 72 working hours.
  • The amount corresponding to the items to be returned will be refunded, shipping and return costs (9€) will not be refunded.
  • The refund will be carried out once we receive the order at our facilities and check that it is in perfect condition. The refund will be made by the same means in which the order was placed (credit card, PayPal and / or transfer) and discounting the management costs applied by the payment platform (Stripe, Paypal or Paycomet).
  • In case the item arrives damaged it is necessary to notify the reception so that we can send a new package, otherwise we will not be able to claim to the transport company and the company will not be responsible.
