To request a refund you have to send an email to rosaeternashop@gmail.com<\/strong><\/strong> indicating the order number in the subject line.\nAfter verifying the data and in order that the returned items arrive in good condition to our facilities, we will send a carrier to pick up the package within 24 to 72 working hours. <\/p>\n\nThe amount corresponding to the items to be returned will be refunded, shipping costs (if paid) will not be refunded.\nThe cost of return is 9,00\u20ac. <\/p>\n\n

Return for breakage<\/strong><\/p>\n\nIn case the item arrives damaged it will be necessary to notify it within a period not exceeding 7 calendar days of receipt of the order at the following email address rosaeternashop@gmail.com<\/strong> attaching photographs of the incident to open the corresponding claim. <\/p>\n\nThe customer may request the replacement of the product or a refund.<\/p>\n\n
